12 (6 inch) wooden skewers
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 large sweet yellow pepper, cubed
1 large sweet red pepper, cubed
1 large green pepper, cubed
Olive oil

Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes.

Alternate vegetables on skewers; coat each kabob with olive oil. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are done, turning frequently.

Makes 8 servings.
