Baked Fish on the Grill:
Yes, you read that correctly, it's baked fish, but the heat and flavor is provided by the grill. Grilled fish are placed directly on the grill. These are baked inside of foil.
- 1lb of fish of your choosing (I use catfish here)
- Olive oil
- Seasoning (Lemon Pepper and Montreal Chicken used here)
- Butter
- Aluminum or tin foil
Start by getting a couple of pieces of foil large enough to wrap completely around the fish. I use heavy duty foil.
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil on the foil, this keeps it from burning when placed on the grill.
