Baked Fish on the Grill - Pt. 2
The next part is all about seasoning. This is where you can get creative. Finding the right seasoning is an art. I have hit home-runs and I have created un-edible concoctions.
For this meal, I am cooking catfish, so I use some minced garlic (and plenty of it), lemon pepper, and Montreal Chicken Seasoning. (yep, it's for chicken, but tastes wonderful on any white meat, especially fish!
Add some real butter on top and you are seasoned to go!
