Small bag of Pearl Onions
Muenster Cheese
1 lb unpeeled jumbo fresh shrimp butterfly cut
1 package of Thick Bacon
1 package of mushrooms
4 wooden or steel skewers
20 wooden toothpicks

Soak wooden skewers and toothpicks in water at least 30 minutes.

Boil small bag of Pearl Onions for about 4 minutes. Once done take and cut off the top layer of skin from the onions. Set aside.

Cut Muenster cheese into small long strips. Set aside.

Peel and devein shrimp; place in a shallow dish with ice.

Partially cook bacon in a skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side half way.

Place a piece of cheese in the middle of shrimp and wrap with piece of bacon. Place 2 toothpicks through the bacon and shrimp to hold together. Place shrimp in grill holder or on skewers. Place onions and mushrooms on skewers. Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. serve immediately.
