3 ducks
2 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 cup catsup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and cook slowly for 15 minutes. Place ducks on foil. Spread sauce on ducks.

Prepare the barbeque. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, turning often until done. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.
